Ingredients:

  • 2–3 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

    • Lemon juice & zest
    • Oregano
    • Salt & pepper
